This has been a great activity with mixed student teams. We have designed and created a recipe e-book with soups, maincourses and desserts from each city. To decide on what to add to the book, first students answered the question on Forum section. Then as a whole team they chose the mostly written one. And at separate mixed student webinars, the responsible students for soup, maincourse and dessert met and collaboratively designed the e-book. First Canva, then Fliphtml 5 was used for this task.
